Thank you, Chairman, ladies and gentlemen, and I'd like to wish you welcome for the operating management of this company.

Dear shareholders, warmly welcome to this shareholder meeting. My presentation will be in Finnish, but you are more than welcome to ask questions also in English after my presentation.

As usual, I start with presenting the executive team. Please all join me on the stage, who are operatively leading this company.

So we already introduced Sirpa-Helena Sormunen, the Legal Counsel; Tiina Tuomela, is running our Generations department with Nuclear Hydropower and all our Electrical Trade; Markus Rauramo, CFO; Arto Räty is responsible for Communications and Corporate Affairs; Mikael Rönnblad is responsible for the Consumer Solutions, Risto Penttinen is responsible for Strategy, People and Performance; then we have Per Langer, he is responsible for the City Solutions division; Alexander Chuvaev, he's running our Russian division; then Arun Aggarwal, who's our latest recruit,
