Well, good afternoon, everybody. It's now 5:31. My name is Tim Metcalfe. I'm Managing Director of IFC Advisory, Boku's Financial PR and Investor Relations adviser. With me today, I've got Jon Prideaux, Boku's CEO; Keith Butcher, the CFO; and Stuart Neal, who's CEO Designate.
