We will move things along this morning with one of our participants from the West Coast: El Pollo Loco. QSR plus flame-grilled chicken concept. And CEO Bernard Acoca to my far right; Larry Roberts, the CFO, next to me.

And Bernard, I will ask you to kind of step in and discuss -- you have been at the Company for about 15 months now. Sort of just give us for those who aren't familiar with kind of your transformation agenda and kind of where you are in that four-step process.
