Well, good afternoon to all of you here in Denver. I'm Rich Gillingwater, Chairman of Janus Henderson Group, and today, I will chair this Annual General Meeting. And with me in Denver are your Board of Directors on the front row and over here, and Deputy Chairman Glenn Schafer, over there.

I'll start by outlining the highlights of Janus Henderson's performance in 2018, and then we'll move on to the formal items of business that are listed in the notice of Annual General Meeting. A quorum is present, so we can open the Annual General Meeting.

2018 marked a year of transition and tremendous activity for the group, as the teams have continued to work tirelessly on delivering exceptional service to our clients and on the merger integration.

While we projected a 3-year timetable to derive the expected cost synergies and complete the integration of our companies into one global asset management company, we substantially completed that integration during the year and exceeded our stated synergy targets, so
