Good day, and welcome to the annual meeting of stockholders of Innovative Food Holdings, Inc. I would now like to turn the conference over to Mr. Sam Klepfish. Please go ahead.
Good morning, ladies and gentlemen. I am pleased to welcome you to the annual meeting of the stockholders of Innovative Food Holdings, being held virtually this year, again, for safety reasons. I am Sam Klepfish, Chief Executive Officer of the company, and I will also act as Chairman of the meeting.
In order to avoid any confusion, let me take a few moments to outline the format for today's meeting. We will strictly follow the agenda contained in the proxy materials, specifically, nominations of directors and motions to adapt the additional resolutions, one of which will be advisory only and will be made and seconded.
After that, the votes will be taken whether to approve the additional resolutions and for the election of directors. Event by such time any shareholders send in appropriate questions, they will be
