Our technical pathology is what we call the B-TRAN. It is a disruptive semiconductor power switch, and it has some compelling advantages over conventional technologies such as IGBTs. It's also well suited for some large and growing markets. Things like electric vehicles, EV charging, energy storage, solid-state circuit breakers, and motor drives.

We introduced our first commercial product here earlier this year, and actually, last week we launched our second commercial product. Our business model is very asset light. We do not only semiconductor fab. So it's a fabless model, nor do we intend to. We're really leveraging the existing silicon processing infrastructure that's out there.

I'll talk a little bit about our test and evaluation program and development agreement we have with prospective customers in our key market segments. From a balance sheet perspective, clean balance sheet with cash runway through at least 2024 with no debt. And we have a broad patent estate protecting our technology with 75 issued patents.
