Innovative Payment Solutions Inc Annual Shareholders Meeting Transcript
Good morning and good afternoon to our East Coast shareholders. On behalf of the Board of Directors, our officers and employees, I would like to welcome everyone to the 2021 annual meeting of stockholders of Innovative Payment Solutions, Inc., which we will also refer to on the call as IPSI, being held live via webcast.
I am William Corbett, Chief Executive Officer and Chairman of the Board of Directors of IPSI. I will act as Chair of this meeting. Here with me today is Richard Rosenblum, our President and CFO, who will actually act as Secretary of the meeting and as the Inspector of Election.
Also present today, in listen-only mode, are members of our Board of Directors, James Fuller, Madisson Corbett, Clifford Henry, and David Rios, as well as our outside legal counsel. Additionally, Peter Stefanou from RBSM, our independent accounting firm, is also a presenter to answer any questions and make a statement should you wish to do that.
