Good afternoon, everybody. Welcome to the seventh Annual Needham Virtual Autotech conference. My name is Nick Doyle. I work on the semi team here at Needham. With us today, we're pleased to have CEO, Omer Keilaf; CFO, Eldar Cegla; and VP of IR, Rob Moffatt.

Thank you very much. So hi, everyone. I'm Omer. I'm the CEO of Innoviz. Innoviz is acting as a Tier 1 in the auto space, offering a LiDAR solution. Most of our programs today -- we have five programs that we are currently -- already awarded going into series production with. Three of them are focused on Level 3, and two of them are for Level 4. And I'll touch more on that later.
