Great. Thanks, Paul. Hi, everyone. Thanks for joining me today. Just off the top, just wanted to let everybody know that INEO Solutions Inc. is the name of our operating company. The public entity is called INEO Tech Corp. So just know that we use those interchangeably, INEO Tech Corp. and INEO Solutions Inc.
And that's why the head here -- and so I'm going to spend the next few minutes talking to you about what we do and how we're completely innovating a market that we think is ripe for disruption. And that's the retail loss prevention market.
