Good afternoon, ladies and gentlemen. My name is Rajeev Dhawan, and I'm a nonexecutive Director of FlexiGroup. Firstly, I'd like to apologize. We are experiencing technical difficulties in Melbourne. And unfortunately, Andrew, the Chair of FlexiGroup, who is based in Melbourne, won't be able to chair this meeting and has asked me to chair this meeting.
