Thank you very much, operator, and good morning. It gives me great pleasure to welcome you to the company's 2022 Annual Meeting of Shareholders. I would like to acknowledge that I'm on the traditional territory of the Mississaugas of the Credit First Nation, the Haudenosaunee and the Huron Wendat and that we recognize that this land is now home to many diverse First Nation, Inuit and MÃ©tis Peoples.

We decided to hold this meeting virtually again via a live online audio webcast due to the continuing impact of the COVID-19 pandemic. Given the changing public health guidelines and restrictions respecting large group gatherings, it was unclear whether it would be safe or permissible for the meeting to be held in person this year.
