Greetings, (inaudible) and I'm on the Remuneration Committee. So I'd like to also welcome those of you that are listening by phone. Let me just go through a couple of [text reading]. Before we turn to the formal business of the meeting, I'd like to mention a few housekeeping points. In the unlikely event of a fire, it's real.
