Good morning, ladies and gentlemen. A warm welcome here to our audience in Frankfurt, and also to the people on the telephone conference as well as on the webcast. I really thank you for joining Aareal Bank's Aareon's Investor Seminar.

But first, and I think a very, very interesting one, I'd like to present your presenters today. This is, first of all, our CEO, Group CEO, Hermann Merkens; and from the Aareon side, the CEO, Dr. Manfred Alflen; the CFO, Christian Schmahl; and Dr. Imad Abdallah, Chief Venture -- Chief Digital and Ventures Officer, sorry. Also from Aareon the 2 other Board members, Dr. André Rasquin and Sabine Fischer, I'd like to welcome you in Frankfurt.
