Good morning, and a very warm welcome. Our friends at UBS assure that the room should stay -- the greenhouse, as I've called it this morning, should stay reasonably cool. Thank you very much for joining us. Thank you, also very much to UBS for hosting.

I think a warm welcome to our full year results. Fairly standard format: I will spend a few minutes talking about progress we made over the last 12 months; I'll then hand to Dave who will talk about the details of the financials; and then I'll come back and talk about the market and our strategy and why we're excited about the future. And I'll pause for a second as we have some newcomers coming in. Good morning. So yes, and then we'll go to Q&A.

I think most of you know Dave and I. I'm Chris, CEO; and Dave is CFO and COO. I do want to take a moment to congratulate Dave who, in March, celebrated his 10-year anniversary at GBG. So I know he doesn't look old enough.
