So good morning, ladies and gentlemen, and welcome to the annual stockholders of Applied DNA Sciences meeting. I'm Jim Hayward, Chairman, President and Chief Executive Officer of the company, and I will act as chair of the meeting.

I would like to introduce you to the directors and members of the management who are present and at the meeting this morning. So I would ask that all the directors first stand. And be joined by all the members of the company and not just the management team. Everybody from the company is represented.

Without them, of course, we wouldn't have a vision to share and to execute.
