So good afternoon, everybody, and welcome to onshore capital markets event here for SIG. Welcome to everybody in the room. Thank you for taking the time and the trouble to come and see us in person. And also, welcome to everybody who is watching the webcast from somewhere else.

I'm Gavin Slark; I'm the CEO. I think as most of you -- it's great to see so many familiar faces. But most of you will know I've been the CEO here now for about nine months. And it just felt like an appropriate time to spend a little bit more time giving a little bit more airtime and conversation points about various parts of the business.

One little piece of housekeeping. There are no fire drills planned for this afternoon. So if you do hear the alarm, then obviously, we have fire exits there and there. I believe it's a good advocate in these moments to let the CEO go first. So just bear that in mind.
