Good morning, ladies and gentlemen. My name is John Gillam, I'm the newly appointed Chairman of Nufarm, and welcome to the 2020 Annual General Meeting of Nufarm Limited.

Our company secretary has informed me that we have a quorum present, and I officially declare the meeting open.

Our meeting today is being held in the lands of the Wurundjeri people of the Kulin Nation, and I wish to acknowledge them as traditional owners. I would also like to pay my respects to their elders, past and present, and to Aboriginal elders of other communities who may be joining us today.

Life this year has been very challenging for all of us. At Nufarm, the health and safety of our employees, customers and shareholders has been our #1 focus since the commencement of the COVID-19 pandemic. Like other companies at the time, we had to make a decision as to how to hold our AGM, and we decided that the approach -- that the appropriate approach this year was to have a virtual meeting rather than to hold a physical meeting.
