Good morning, and thank you, Ether. Good morning to you all, and welcome to our fourth-quarter and full-year 2023 results presentation. We'll also be providing guidance for 2024 and of course, as usual, as Ether says, we'll open up your questions at the end. We were very pleased to report closing of the Neptune Energy Norge acquisition in January, and we're excited to welcome 300 new colleagues through Neptune to our team. The task now is to integrate the two organizations as quickly as possible to work as one team pulling together to deliver on our strategy and goals, and I'll come back to this later.
