Welcome to everyone, and thank you for joining us for the presentation of HOCHTIEF's results for the first 9 months of 2023. I'm Mike Pinkney, Head of Corporate Strategy. And I'm here with our CEO, Juan Santamaria; and our CFO, Peter Sassenfeld; as well as our Head of Capital Markets, Tobias Loskamp; and other colleagues from the senior management team of HOCHTIEF.
