Good morning. How are all of you. I think we're going to go ahead and get started, if I could ask you to find a seat. I know they're so scarce. We're so happy to see all of you. Thank you so much for coming.

We were saying this yesterday at our booth that when we bought Finisar -- when II-VI bought Finisar in September of '19, the first OFC we would have had together was 2020. And of course, we didn't attend because of COVID. So this is a big event for us. We're excited to see you. Yesterday's -- the whole week, the booth traffic has been fun, and it's been really exciting.

So I'm Mary Jane Raymond, I'm the Chief Financial Officer at Coherent Corp. We have some excellent guests with us today.
