Good morning, everybody, and welcome to our first in-person results presentation over to users. Nice to see some familiar faces in the audience, and I know we've joined by a lot more people online.

And today, I'm going to start by taking you through a high-level overview and a view on our outlook before Katy takes you through the results in more detail. I'll then come back and talk you through an update on the progress we've made in H1 against our strategic objectives, and then we'll have some time for Q&A.

So let me start with the perspective on the results. So I think the first thing to say is that I'm really pleased with the fact that we've delivered revenue growth of 4%, in line with our guidance of mid-single digits, and adjusted PBT of GBP 15 million against what is the backdrop of probably the most challenging time I think our industry has ever faced.
