Okay. Well, here we are for another session. I am delighted and very, very pleased to have Anthem here for the first time in our relatively new conference, so thank you very much for being here. Representing Anthem is the Chief Financial Officer, John Gallina, I hope many of you know; and many of you also know, Chris Rigg, who heads the Investor Relations effort and whatever else they give him as part of the inner circle there.

So let me start with a question that's sort of tactical, but I just want to -- as we think about your earnings guidance for this year -- not quarterly, obviously. And we're always on The Street, wrestling with the right progression. How should we think about, if you can make any comment, about what you see in terms of The Street consensus versus what you're expecting in terms of the progression?
