Good morning, everyone, and thank you for joining me for the TT Electronics 2022 Interim Results Presentation. The usual format with me today is our CFO, Mark Hoad, will run you through the presentation and then open up for your questions.

I'd like to start by saying that I'm really pleased with our performance in the first half. Double-digit revenue growth, order intake continues at record levels and line of sight for strong profit improvement. The team has done a really great job in difficult conditions. Around the world, they have worked tirelessly to manage these issues, working closely with our customers to satisfy demand and get the product they need. And I'd like to thank our team for a great contribution.

Everywhere I look in these results, I can see a lot of evidence of the successful implementation of our strategy. At the heart of this is considerable momentum across the business in both revenue growth and order intake, and this has come from the combination of our strategy to focus on structural growth markets,
