Hello, everyone, and welcome to today's conference call to discuss the merger between Leonardo DRS and RADA Electronic Industries. My name is Kevin, and I'll be your operator today. Before this call, a press release was issued announcing an all-stock merger between Leonardo DRS and RADA Electronic Industries, which is available in the Investors section of both RADA and Leonardo DRS's website.
