Good afternoon, ladies and gentlemen. Thank you very much for attending to our presentation today. It's been a while since we've been at one to one, so I really welcome the opportunity to talk about the company. Start off with disclaimers.

All right, thank you very much. So just starting with the details about the company, listed on AIM since 2012, with a market cap of about GBP47 million. It is way, way off the highs of as much as GBP350 million that we've seen in the past. And we think that presents itself an interesting and very attractive entry point for anybody interested in a vertically integrated platform in vanadium, which I will talk about.

Because we started life as an exploration company, we are very much a retail heavy share register with very little by way of institutional investors on our register. And that's also just reflective of the fact that we haven't been really active in the market in terms of equity capital raises in the last five years.
