Okay, we're going to kick off here. Welcome to Fobi's annual and Q1 financial results webinar, which will cover two separate reporting periods. The annual 2023 financial results for the period ended June 30, 2023 and the Q1 2024 financial results for the period ended September 30, 2023.

I'm Nathan Watkins, and I'll be hosting today's webinar, and thank you to everyone for logging on today. We are joined by our CFO, Mark Lotz; and our CEO and Chairman Rob Anson.
