My name is Jeff Robertson. I would like to thank everyone for joining us today for a fireside chat. Our fireside chat today is with the senior leadership team at Evolution Petroleum. Before we get started and with the introductions, I would like to reference that today's discussion may include forward-looking statements. The purpose of today's fireside chat is to introduce the senior leadership team, as I said.

We have with us today, Bob Herlin, who is Evolution's Chairman of the Board and one of the co-founders of the company. We have Kelly Loyd, who is the Director of Evolution since 2008 and also is the Interim Chief Executive Officer and President. We're also joined by Ryan Stash, Evolution's Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer.
