As the introduction, I'm pleased to be appointed this morning as a Director of Nova Eye and Victor Previn is with me. I will lead the discussion, but please feel free to ask questions at the end for both me or Victor.

If we could just kick off on Page 3. Obviously, the divestment of our Capital Equipment business for $100 million was a big focus over the last 12 months. And we now have a company that can focus on the fastest-growing segment of the ophthalmic market that is consumable surgical devices for glaucoma disease management. That is our primary focus.
