Hello, everyone. On behalf of our Board of Directors and the Duos Technologies management team, welcome to our annual shareholders meeting. My name is Chuck Ferry, CEO of Duos Technologies. I'm joined by Adrian Goldfarb, our CFO, and also secretary for today; Connie Weeks, our Chief Accounting Officer, and inspector of elections for today; and Fei Kwong, our Director for Investor Relations; as well as Andrew Murphy, our Director for FP&A.

Before we get to the formal part of the meeting, I wanted to personally thank all of our shareholders, particularly our long-term shareholders, for your continued support as we endeavor to achieve the true potential of our business. Most of you are aware, from our quarterly earnings calls and direct interaction with us, about the progress we've made over the past year, and I remain very excited about our future. We'll now play a short video before we get to the formal proceedings.
