Good morning, ladies and gentlemen, and welcome to the 2023 Annual General Meeting for ALS Limited. My name is Bruce Phillips, and I'm your Chairman. Today, the meeting is being held in person, obviously here, as well as online via the Lumi platform.

We have a couple of housekeeping matters for those of you in the room here today. Firstly, please ensure all your mobile devices are now turned to silent mode.
