Good morning, and welcome to ChoiceOne's 34th annual shareholder meeting. (Operator Instructions) I would now like to introduce the first presenter, Paul Johnson, Chairman of the Board.
Welcome to the annual shareholders meeting for ChoiceOne Financial Services. Thank you for joining us today. We're excited to be hosting our second virtual meeting, which allows us to reach a greater number of our shareholders in these challenging times.
We will first conduct the business portion of the meeting. Following that, we will present a report on the corporation, and then there will be an opportunity for questions.
