Good morning, everybody, and welcome to our H1 FY23 interim results. Welcome to those of you who are joining us here in London, those of you joining by call, and also those of you joining via our webcast. I will take you through a presentation covering the operations.

Jacques, our CFO, will then take you through the financial highlights, and I'll wrap things at the end. After which, we will be open for any questions.

So turning now to safety, which, as always, remains our number-one priority. We continue to strive for a zero-harm workplace by focusing on our behavioral-based intervention programs, given that most of our LTIs are behavior related. The health and well-being of our employees are also important to support this journey towards zero harm.

If I have a look now and turn to our operating and financial highlights for the first half, our revenue decreased by around 20% period on period as a result of lower production and sales volumes and the absence of any contribution from exceptional diamonds that contributed $78 million of
