All right. Well, thanks everyone for joining us for the first presentation post-lunch. So for those I don't know, Adam Seiden, I lead the U.S. machinery and construction effort for Barclays. We're very pleased to have us -- with us today, Caterpillar, a company that probably needs no real introduction. But joining us from Caterpillar, we have Amy Campbell as well as Matt Hohulin from the IR team.

So what I'll do is, I'll pass it off to Amy and Matt, just for a very quick overview on the company for those that are less familiar. And then, we'll move to the audience response questions.
