Good morning, everyone. I can see you guys like the back benches. I used to like the back bench as well. Good morning, everyone. Thank you for being here today. For those of you who are here -- is this working, I hope it is, and also, thank you for those who are online. We are very excited to share with you our fiscal year '23 year-end results and to give you guidance for the midterm as well. And also, we are very excited to share with you a little bit of the pillars of our strategy to take ASOS back to the path of growth. This is not a full strategic update. We will give you a lighter strategic update, don't be worried, so you will not be here for hours. It's going to be short but we thought is the right moment to give you more color on where we are in our future plans.

So as I told you today, pretty much we're going to cover 3 blocks. The first 1 is going to be our year-end results that Sean Glithero, our CFO, will do. The second 1 we're going to share with you our guidance for fiscal year '24 and the medium term. And last but not
