All right. Good morning, everyone. So I'm very happy to be introducing for the second time, Dirk Van de Put, who became CEO of Mondelez in November of 2017 after a 6-year stint as CEO of McCain Foods, and before that, roles at Novartis, Danone, Mars and Coca-Cola. Joining him on the podium here is Luca Zaramella, who's been Mondelez' CFO since August of 2018 and who's been with the company with many roles in many regions since 1996.
So strategically, Mondelez is right in the middle of pivoting from a successful 5-year phase of margin improvement to becoming more focused on top line growth and trying to be more balanced between the 2. And the company has already seeing some strengthening of performance on the top line with 3.7% organic sales growth last quarter. Going forward, the company seems focused on bringing local and regional brands back to life with better innovation and marketing support. And the company's almost 40% exposure to emerging markets should also help.
