Good afternoon, members. Since our Chairman, Mr. Rakesh Jhunjhunwala is not feeling well today, at the request of the other Directors present, I'm presiding over this meeting. As per the Company's Act 2013, the required quorum for the meeting is present. Therefore, I hearby commence the proceedings for today's meeting.
