Good morning, ladies and gentlemen. It is 11:00 AM Pacific time, and I'd like to officially call to order the Biora Therapeutics 2022 Annual Meeting of Stockholders. This is Adi Mohanty, the CEO of Biora Therapeutics. I'll be acting as the Chairman of today's meeting.

The agenda and rules of conduct have been provided on the virtual meeting website and outline how we will proceed. To conduct an informative, orderly, and constructive meeting, we ask that participants abide by these rules. You may vote your shares online at any time during this meeting prior to the closing of the polls. The polls opened at the beginning of the meeting and will close the polls on all matters immediately after the presentation of today's proposals.
