Good morning, and thank you for joining our PointsBet Holdings Limited Q4 business update. I'm Sam Swanell, and joining me on the call today is our Group CFO, Andrew Mellor. Before we begin, please note the safe harbor statement. All numbers referred to are unaudited and in Australian dollars, unless otherwise stated. The event during the quarter was the sale of our U.S. business to Fanatics for USD 225 million. As previously announced, we intend to distribute capital to shareholders of approximately $1.39 to $1.44 per share. We expect the first tranche of approximately $1 to be paid in mid-September. The second distribution will be made following final close expected in the March '24 quarter.
