Welcome and thanks for joining us, both those joining virtually and those in person today. As the time is now 10:01 AM, we will now start the broadcast for our online attendees. Ladies and gentlemen, I've been informed that there's a quorum present. And at this time, I declare the extraordinary general meeting of Imagion Biosystems Limited open and welcome you to this physical and virtual meeting this morning.
My name is Bob Proulx, the Chairman of Imagion Biosystems and I would like to thank you for your interest in support of the company. Although I can't be in Australia this time around, I'm delighted to join my fellow Directors and colleagues to host this meeting as a hybrid forum. Our EGM is being held in the lands of the Wurundjeri people, and I wish to acknowledge them as traditional owners. I would also like to pay my respects to their elders, both past and present.
