Good morning, everyone, and welcome to GPT's 2020 Full Year Results Briefing. We are hosting today's presentation from our offices in Sydney. And as such, I'd first would like to acknowledge the traditional custodians of this land, the Gadigal people of the Eora nation and pay respect to elders past, present and emerging.
