Dalrymple Bay Infrastructure Ltd Annual Shareholders Meeting Transcript
Good morning, ladies and gentlemen. I'm David Hamill, the Chair of Dalrymple Bay Infrastructure Limited, which I'll refer to throughout today's meeting as either DBI or the company. On behalf of my fellow directors, I welcome to DBI's Annual General Meeting. I also extend a very warm welcome to the security holders joining us today online.
I'd like to begin by respectfully acknowledging the traditional custodians of the country north and south of Brisbane river as the home of both the Turrbal and the Yuggera Nations. I pay my respects to their elders, past, present and emerging.
It's now 10 a.m., the appointed time for the holding of the meeting, and I'm advised by our Company Secretary that a quorum is present. I, therefore, declare the 2023 Annual General Meeting of Dalrymple Bay Infrastructure Limited open.
