All right, time to start. Good morning, everybody. Thanks for readjourning on this second day, which from our perspective is largely allocated to aircraft leasing. I'm very pleased to have the senior executive team from Air Lease Corporation. To my immediate left is the Chairman, Steve Házy, who many of you will recognize, having blessed us with participation in the past. To his left, the current CEO, John Plueger, also recognized by many of you. And to his left, Greg Willis, the current CFO, also making a return to this event.
