Ladies and gentlemen, good morning. My name is Donald McGauchie. As your Chairman, it gives me great pleasure to welcome you to AACo's 2021 Annual General Meeting.

I want to begin by acknowledging the traditional custodians of the various lands on which we all meet today and pay my respects to their elders, past and present.

As it is now past 10:00 a.m., and I have been advised that a quorum is present, I declare this Annual General Meeting of Shareholders open. The Notice of Meeting, which was sent to shareholders on the 25th of June, will be taken as read.
