Good day. Welcome to the LendingClub Corporation Annual Meeting of Stockholders. I would like to now turn the conference over to Hans Morris. Please go ahead.
Thank you. Good morning. I'm Hans Morris, I'm Chairman of LendingClub's Board of Directors. So I'd like to welcome our shareholders to our virtual-only 2019 Annual Meeting of Stockholders, and I now call this meeting to order. We have with us today, from the company's management team, Scott Sanborn, our CEO; Tom Casey, our CFO; and Brandon Pace, our General Counsel and Corporate Secretary. And Mr. Pace will act as the secretary for this meeting.
I'm also pleased that several members of our Board of Directors are joining us, including Susan Athey, Dan Ciporin, Ken Denman, Tim Mayopoulos, Patty McCord and Simon Williams. And joining us for the meeting is Kirby Rattenbury, representing our independent auditors, Deloitte & Touche LLP.
