In addition to the board appointment, CenterPoint Energy announced the upcoming retirement of Lynne Harkel-Rumford, Executive Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer. Ms. Harkel-Rumford will retire on February 3, 2025. Her departure is not due to any disagreements with the company regarding its operations or policies.
