Some of the most favored stocks in the S&P 500 index owe their popularity to rapid sales growth, while others are valued for their fundamental strengths. A FactSet survey of Wall Street analysts reveals the top-rated stocks, highlighting Axon Enterprise (AXON, Financial) as the only stock with a 100% buy or equivalent rating. Axon's return this year is 147%, second only to Nvidia's 173%.

Axon, known for its law enforcement products like tasers and AI-driven systems, has introduced the "AI Era" suite. This includes "Draft One," which uses body camera data to aid officers in report transcription, priced at $65 per officer monthly, plus $20 for transcription services. The full suite might be priced at $199 monthly.

Value-oriented stocks like Delta Air Lines, Schlumberger, Micron Technology, and Becton Dickinson also feature in the list, with P/E ratios below the S&P 500 average. Walmart is among the companies with price-to-sales ratios lower than the index.
