NAMI Completes IPO on Nasdaq, Raising $5 Million

Jinxin Technology Holding Company, operating as Nanibox (NAMI, Financial), announced the completion of its initial public offering (IPO) on Nasdaq, issuing 1,250,000 American Depositary Shares (ADS) at $4.00 each. The IPO raised a total of $5 million before deductions. Nanibox is China's largest K-9 digital textbook provider, holding a 12.7% market share in 2022. In the first half of 2024, the company reported a net income of $46 million, a 16.5% increase from the previous year. The funds from the IPO will be allocated to product development, marketing, talent recruitment, and strategic investments.
