Exelon Corporation (EXC, Financial) has announced significant changes to its executive leadership team, effective January 1, 2025. Gayle Littleton, who currently serves as the Executive Vice President, Chief Legal Officer, and Corporate Secretary, will transition to the role of Senior Advisor to the Chief Executive Officer. She will continue in this advisory capacity until her departure on March 31, 2025. Upon her departure, Ms. Littleton will receive benefits in accordance with Exelon's Senior Management Severance Plan.
In a strategic move, Colette Honorable, currently the Executive Vice President, Public Policy and Chief External Affairs Officer, will take on an expanded role. She will assume responsibility for the legal department and be named Chief Legal Officer and Corporate Secretary. Ms. Honorable will continue to oversee federal policy, regulatory affairs, and corporate giving for Exelon.
