Rocket Lab (RKLB, Financial) shares continued their upward trend this week, rising over 8% to $26.08. This surge follows an announcement from the U.S. Department of Commerce about finalizing nearly $60 million in government subsidies for BAE Systems and Rocket Lab.

Additionally, Rocket Lab's subsidiary, SolAero Technologies Corp, will receive $23.9 million. This funding is aimed at increasing the company's solar cell production by 50% over the next three years.
