Morgan Stanley (MS, Financial) has officially opened its new Southeast Asia headquarters in Singapore. The office is located in the IOI Central Boulevard Towers, covering 107,000 square feet across five floors. The opening ceremony was attended by Morgan Stanley's CEO Ted Pick, Asia CEO Gokul Laroia, and Leong Sing Chiong, Deputy Managing Director of the Monetary Authority of Singapore.
The new headquarters highlights Morgan Stanley's commitment to Singapore and the broader Southeast Asian region, where the firm sees significant long-term growth opportunities. CEO Ted Pick emphasized that the new headquarters will play a crucial role in Morgan Stanley's growth strategy in Southeast Asia, enhancing its influence and enabling better service to its clients.
Morgan Stanley has been operating in Singapore since 1990, offering a range of services including investment banking, equity and fixed income research, securities trading, derivatives, commodities, private wealth management, and investment management. Beyond Singapore, Morgan Stanley also has offices in Jakarta, Bangkok, and Manila, further expanding its presence in the Southeast Asian market.
